SUMMARY:

The film tells the story of television coming to Hakkari in early 1974. This is one of the last places where news of everything reaches, and people who hear about it are very curious about what television, that is, “vizontele”, is like. The officers who were exiled there by TRT return without installing the receiver. Mayor Nazmi gets help from Emin, known as the crazy man of the city, to overcome this problem. Emin is a character who is not actually crazy, is very interested in technological devices, repairs all the radios and has an interesting life.
